The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) continues to affect Luzon on Sunday and will bring rains over Cagayan Valley and the rest of Luzon, according to PAGASA's weather forecast.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Ilocos Norte, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with rains. Moderate to at times heavy rains may cause flash floods or landslides.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon except for Palawan will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with light rains.
Meanwhile, Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may result.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas, and slight to moderate in Mindanao.
